1. Free Consultation
  A Vickers-Warnick Machine Guarding and Safety Specialist will evaluate and determine the scope and requirements of your project, identifying the safety legislation and codes that apply to your application.

2. Safety Assessment
  Conducted by our Machine Guarding and Safety Specialist a detailed assessment is completed evaluating any areas of the equipment that may not be compliant with current applicable standards and legislation.

3. Stop Time Measurement
  When data is not already available a stop time measurement is taken to help determine which solution best suits each application.

4. Presentation of Solutions
  A comprehensive and easy to read document is presented clearly identifying deficiencies based on the OSHA legislation and current applicable ANSI standards, concluding with specific suggestions for upgrade of the equipment if necessary.

5. Installation
  The installation crew will arrive at your facility to address the installation of any new electrical, pneumatic and physical guarding equipment as recommended in the solutions document.

6. Engineering Review
  We will help you determine when and if your application requires this formalized review and if it does we will arrange for an independent professional engineer to provide this service.

7. Maintenance Audits
  At recommended intervals a Machine Guarding and Safety Specialist will visit your facility to re-evaluate the safety of the equipment to ensure it continues to meet current applicable safety standards.
